CLIC INTERNATIONAL HOUSE SEVILLE
CLIC IH Sevilla is located in the heart of Seville, very close to the Town Hall and a few steps from the famous Giralda. The headquarters are located in an old palace-house and has about 1000 square meters distributed on a ground floor, a first and a second. The school has a large garden terrace on the roof with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. Also, the central courtyard has a leisure area with a cafeteria.
The school was founded in 1983 and receives (before the pandemic) an average of 2,200 students per year. The facilities are modern and include air conditioning and natural light in all classrooms. The school has a high-performance Wi-Fi network.
In addition to Spanish courses, CLIC offers accommodation, excursions and a daily cultural program.
CLIC is a member of FEDELE, accredited by the Cervantes Institute. CLIC also belongs to the International House World Organization (ihworld.com) and IALC (www.ialc.org).
Training program
All teachers at the school have received excellent training and have been selected for their academic merit. The teachers are native Spanish speakers and have university degrees as well as training in ELE methodology from International House. More than 20% of the teachers have completed a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. All teachers undergo continuous refresher courses and additional weekly training.
The school forms small groups of up to 10 people. The minimum age is 17 years. Training takes place throughout the year.
• The Intensive Course includes 20 lessons of 50 minutes per week, with a duration from 1 week to 48 weeks. Groups have a maximum of 10 people.
• The super-intensive course includes 30 Spanish lessons per week, lasting 50 minutes. Groups have a maximum of 10 people.
• The DELE exam preparation course consists of 10 lessons of 50 minutes, in small groups.
• Course for seniors: General intensive course of 20 lessons + cultural events (dance classes, excursions…). Maximum 10 people per group. The course is designed for two weeks.
